These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.travakart.com and the services offered under the Travakart brand by Travakart Private Limited, a company incorporated in India (“Travakart”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
We help travellers find and book domestic and international flights through personal assistance by phone, WhatsApp and email. Tickets are issued by airlines or their authorised partners; we act as a booking facilitator between you and the airline.
2. Enquiries and quotations
An enquiry is not a booking. Fares and seats quoted are subject to availability and can change until payment is received and a ticket is issued. We confirm the final itinerary, fare, baggage allowance and fare rules with you before you pay.
3. Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate passenger names exactly as shown on passports or government ID, valid contact details, and review your itinerary before confirming. You are responsible for valid passports, visas, transit permits, health requirements and arriving at the airport on time.
4. Payments and fees
Prices include the airline fare, taxes and any disclosed Travakart service fee. Payment methods and any applicable taxes will be stated on your quotation or invoice.
5. Changes, cancellations and refunds
These are governed by the airline’s fare rules and our Refund Policy.
6. Limitation of liability
Airlines are responsible for operating flights, schedules, baggage and onboard services. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for delays, cancellations, denied boarding, lost baggage or other acts of airlines or third parties, or for losses arising from inaccurate information you provide. Our liability for our own services is limited to the service fee you paid us for the affected booking.
7. Website use
You may not misuse the website, submit false enquiries or attempt to interfere with its security. Website content is owned by Travakart Private Limited and may not be copied without permission.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Panchkula, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to bookings made after the date shown above.
